Our Story
Empowerme Sisters was originally founded in 2019 by sisters Heledd and Lowri Watts as a platform to empower and inspire women through content, workshops & coaching.​
In late 2024, after recognising a real need for a soul-led inclusive community for women to learn & connect,
'Empowerme Sisters CIC' was launched as a social enterprise.
This non-profit community is now led by Heledd, with Lowri and two other incredible women on the board of directors helping to guide the vision for a new community of purpose-led sisters.​

Lowri is a VA and Social Media Manager who specialises in supporting wellness businesses in growing their online presence.

Claire is a women's confidence and self esteem coach with over four year's experience and hosts a confidence podcast 'Courageously Confident with Claire'.

Laura is an award winning Nutritional Therapist (Msc, mBANT, CNHC), certified Master Mindset Coach (NLP Master Practitioner) and founder of Mind Nourishing.
